Diverse activities during Ban Gioc Waterfall Festival in early October

Diverse activities and programmes will be held during Ban Gioc Waterfall Festival 2022 in Trung Khanh district, the northern mountainous province of Cao Bang, on October 8 and 9.

On the morning of October 8, a water procession ceremony to pray for peace along with favourable wind and rain will take place from the foot of Ban Gioc Waterfall to Phat Tich Truc Lam Ban Gioc Pagoda.
The festival will also feature many booths with the aim to promote and introduce the products and culinary culture of Trung Khanh District and other districts, cities and businesses of Cao Bang Province.
Beautiful photos of Trung Khanh district and tourist attractions of Cao Bang province will be displayed.
Folk games such as tug of war, sack racing, stick pushing, catching ducks blindfolded, and peeling chestnuts will be held.
Folk songs and dance competitions with groups of communes and towns in the district will perform songs and dances imbued with ethnic cultural identity./.
