Promoting Vietnamese cuisine and tourism through international baking contest

The Vietnam Bakery Cup 2024, the first international standard baking contest in Vietnam, is expected to attract more than 400 domestic and international contestants from 20 countries and territories in the world.

The first international cake making in Vietnam will take place in Ho Chi Minh city from December 11 to 14.
It will be an opportunity for both local and international chefs come together to showcase their talents and professional skills.
It will be held by the Vietnam Bakery Association (VBA) and the Saigon Professional Chef’s Guild (SPC), with the support by the Worldchefs and the International Union of Bakers and Confectioners (UIBC).
Diverse activities such as seminars, talk shows and exhibition introducing raw bakery materials will also be held within the framework of the contest./.
