Traditional musical instruments of Vietnam’s ethnic groups will be displayed at an exhibition at the southern Can Tho City Museum in the framework of the 3rd National 'Don Ca Tai Tu' (traditional musical art form of the south) Festival 2022, from April 7 to 11.

The exhibition "Traditional Musical Instruments of Vietnam's Ethnic Groups" will introduce the richness, diversity and uniqueness of traditional musical instruments of Vietnam's ethnic groups, honour national cultural identities, and promote art forms recognised by UNESCO as a world cultural heritage in general and the 'Don Ca Tai Tu' art in particular.

In addition, traditional musical instruments of the provinces and cities will be displayed. 100 documentary images, slide shows introducing Vietnamese ethnic musical instruments, and images of artisans and performers of ethnic musical instruments will be introduced.
