Vietnamese artist’s paintings displayed at exhibition in London

VOV reported that the local painter will bring to the event an artwork themed "Dreamy Lady" which is measured at 130 x 160cm and created in 2023. It features a young girl who enjoys reading her favourite book and wears a purple Ao Dai (traditional long dress) which is especially common in the central province of Thua Thien-Hue.

Another her artwork with the theme of "The garden of love" (2024) will also be introduced at the event. The painting is measured at 100 x 130cm and depicts a peaceful moment between mother and daughter in a garden filled with fragrance.

Le Trang, 37, hails from Ho Chi Minh City. Through her works, Le Trang offers a glimpse into the intricacies of Vietnamese life, celebrating its richness and diversity while also highlighting various overlooked and underrepresented aspects of society.

The exhibition "Art Collective: From the one to the many" is taking place during the London Design Festival and explores the relationship between art collectives and individuals by showcasing the impact of collaborative work on society.

It aims to present around 90 works by 50 artists from 16 countries.

Since 1985, Saatchi Gallery has presented contemporary art exhibitions showcasing the work of emerging artists. Over the past five years the gallery has hosted a total of 15 exhibitions gathering many artists from across the world./.
