Diverse cultural activities and art performances will be held during Vietnamese brocade culture festival in the northern province of Lao Cai province from November 8 – 10.

Brocades made by different ethnic groups in Vietnam such as Mong, Dao, Tay, and Giay will be introduced at the event.
The festival will demonstrate the process of brocade weaving for both locals and tourists.
A music gala involving a fashion show aimed at introducing traditional brocade costumes and performances to revive brocade product making will open the festival.
The highlight of the festival will be fashion shows, including traditional and modern brocade designs.
High-quality brocade products will also be displayed for sale.
Folk games are also expected to create a festive atmosphere among participants./.
