Hoa Binh promotes cooperation with Mongolian province

Secretary of the Hoa Binh Provincial Party Committee Nguyen Phi Long confirmed the province’s determination to promote cooperation with Töv province in particular and with Mongolia in general, during a reception for a delegation from the Mongolian Embassy in Vietnam, led by Ambassador Jigjee Sereejav, on October 15.

During the reception, Mr. Long provided a brief update on the socio-economic situation of the province and expressed deep gratitude to the Ambassador's delegation for their visit and continued efforts to promote cooperative relations between Hoa Binh province and Töv province, and Mongolia in general. He emphasized that the relationship between Vietnam and Mongolia has been growing stronger.
According to Mr. Long, since 2018, following the Memorandum of Understanding on development cooperation between Hoa Binh and Töv provinces, the two provinces have engaged in cultural exchanges, delegation visits, and shared operational experiences. He also extended congratulations to the leadership of Mongolia, Töv province, and the Ambassador on the occasion of the 70th anniversary of diplomatic relations between the two countries.
Ambassador Jigjee Sereejav shared information about the activities of Vietnam and Mongolia in recent times, aimed at establishing a comprehensive partnership. He also expressed deep admiration for the cooperative relationship with Hoa Binh province after each visit and meeting.
To maintain the connection and further enhance the cooperative relationship between the two provinces specifically, and Mongolia in general, Ambassador Jigjee Sereejav expressed his desire for Hoa Binh to continue focusing on, researching and collaborating in several key areas such as agriculture, education, healthcare and culture. He emphasized the importance of promoting the history, customs and arts of each other to develop the tourism industry in both provinces. He also called for participation in and support for cultural days organized in each country and to raise awareness among the people of both provinces and countries about the 70th anniversary of Vietnam-Mongolia diplomatic relations and recent official visits by the leaders of both countries.
The Ambassador expressed confidence that the deep, trustworthy cooperation between Vietnam and Mongolia will continue to achieve positive outcomes, with more substantial, effective and comprehensive developments across all sectors./.
