Acting President Vo Thi Anh Xuan and Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh have cabled messages of congratulations to Polish President Andzej Duda and Prime Minister Donald Tusk on the occasion of the 233rd anniversary of Poland’s May 3 Constitution Day.
On the occasion, Minister of Foreign Affairs Bui Thanh Son also sent a congratulatory message to his Polish counterpart Radoslaw Sikorski./.
