Ha Long bay, Cat Hai district sign cooperative regulation

On July 18, the Ha Long Bay Managing Board and the Cat Hai district People’s Committee signed cooperative regulation on managing, preserving and promoting the value of Ha Long Bay and bays around Cat Ba island in Hai Phong.

The coordinative regulation includes three chapters and 15 items. Accordingly, the two sides will coordinate to promote the value of the bays, biosphere reserves, and national parks along routes and destinations in Ha Long Bay and Cat Ba island.

They will associate to patrol, supervise and prevent violations, and cooperate to manage and use visitor tickets and in any rescues and salvages.

After the signing, the Ha Long Bay Managing Board and the Cat Hai district People’s Committee are responsible for popularizing and supervising the implementation of the cooperative regulation./.
