Quang Ninh province: Nearly VND13 billion in assistance for building new style rural areas

The board for building new style rural areas has announced so far the fund for the work has received VND12.7 billion from agencies and organizations donating to the program.

The money has been used to buy 4,500 tonnes of cement and 2 million bricks for localities to build rural roads. A large amount of cement has been used, and 540 tonnes remaining are to be used by Van Don and Binh Lieu districts.

Apart from the budget, the mobilization of assistance from agencies and enterprises is a goal during the building.

Besides financial assistance, localities have received tens of thousands of working days from army forces and volunteers in the province./.
