First social housing project approved in Dong Trieu district

Following the Government’s policy on building housing for low income earners, the Quang Ninh People’s Committee has approved the project of building affordable housing for low income people and workers in Kim Son commune, Dong Trieu district.

The project aims to provide accommodation for low income earners in Dong Trieu district and housing for workers in Kim Sen Industrial Complex and other industrial parks nearby, contributing to the sustainable development of businesses in Dong Trieu.

Hoang Ha Colour Ceramic JSC, investor of the project, will be exempted from land use and rent charges and will be granted preferential value added tax at 0 percent and other preferences.

The provincial People’s Committee asked the investor to publicize information related to the project in Kim Son under the regulations./.
