Additional boats to take tourists to Co To Island

The Phuc Thinh International Tourism Joint Stock Company has announced it finished formalities to put 128-seat and 62-seat high speed boats into operation on the Van Don – Co To route.
Accordingly, the two boats will operate two turns per day. Boats will depart from Van Do at 7.30am and 1.45pm, and returning from Co To they will depart at 9.30am and 4pm. Tickets are priced at VND140,000 per passenger (one way) from Monday to Thursday, while trips from Friday to Sunday cost VND180,000 per passenger (one way).
Aiming to offer favourable conditions for travel between the two islands, the company completed exempting or reducing ticket prices for those living and working at the Co To Island District.
The additional boats on the Van Don – Co To route are expected to meet the increasing demand for travel as well as the development of tourism and service on the two islands./.
