Quang Ninh puts two public administrative centres into operation

The first public administrative centres of Quang Ninh province were put into operation on August 2, meeting the transaction demands of people and businesses, and aiming to build up the e-administration of Quang Ninh province in 2013.

Mong Cai city is one of the first three localities of Quang Ninh province to put public administrative centres into operation in 2013. After a period of preparing material facilities and human resources, the public administrative centre of Mong Cai city is ready to go into operation.

Currently, 69 public administrative procedures relating to seven areas of justice, culture, finance - planning, labour – war invalids and social affairs, construction, transportation, environment - natural resources in Mong Cai city have been opened to public.

Along with the city of Mong Cai, all preparations for the opening of the Uong Bi city Public Administrative Centre are also being completed.

The official operation of the two public administrative centres of Quang Ninh province will contribute to building a democratic, modern administration and bring practical benefits for organizations, businesses and citizens in Quang Ninh province.

Quang Ninh province chooses five key units to build e-administration and public administrative centres, including Uong Bi, Ha Long, Mong Cai, Cam Pha and Van Don. When the two public administrative centres of Mong Cai and Uong Bi are put into operation, the remaining units will continue to improve infrastructure to ensure synchronous information technology between the units in the province. It is hoped that Ha Long public administration centre will be operation in 2013 and the remaining will go into operation in the first quarter of 2014.

This is considered to be a gigantic step in the process of developing e-administration in Quang Ninh province, and affirms the efforts of management agencies at all levels in the implementation of one-door administrative reform./.
