Quang Ninh saves over 153 million kWh of power

According to the Quang Ninh Department of Industry and Trade, at the end of 2013, state apparatus and state-owned units in the province saved over 10.2 million kWh of electricity compared to their real demand.
For 50 key businesses using large amounts of power, the provincial Department of Industry and Trade and the Quang Ninh Power Company planed to allocate power output, as well as require units to save 1% of consumption power output during the production and business process.
By the end of 2013, key customers using large amounts of power saved over 143 million kWh./.
