Northern district gives housing assistance to nearly 200 revolutionary contributors

Obeying a decision from the Prime Minister on assisting revolutionary contributors with housing, Dam Ha district of the northern province of Quang Ninh has actively realised it, helping revolutionary contributors have solid housing to stabilise their lives.

According to the decision, assistance will be VND40 million for each new houses and VND20 million for each repaired.

Together with the support from the State, localities have actively encouraged people and unions to donate working days to build houses. So far 72 revolutionary contributors have completed house construction and 82 others have completed their house repair.

The decision aims to show gratitude to revolutionary contributors, assisting them in stabilising their lives and improving their living standard./.
