Studying and grasping Resolution of 12th PCC’s 11 Plenum

In his speech at the event, Mr. Son Minh Thang, 12th PCC member, Secretary of the Central Agencies Bloc’s Party Committee and lecturers being leaders of the PCC’s Commission for Organization and the Bloc’s Party Committee reported basic and key contents in Resolution No.53 dated October 12^th, 2019 and Conclusion No.63 dated October 10^th, 2019 of the 12^th PCC about the 11^th Plenum, socio-economic situation and state budget in 2019, and orientations and tasks for 2020.

They also reported Resolution No.50 dated August 20^th, 2019 of the Politburo on orientations to perfect institutions and policies to improve the quality and efficiency of foreign investment cooperation by 2030; Resolution No.52 dated September 27^th, 2019 of the Politburo on some policies to actively join the 4^th Industrial Revolution; Regulation No.205 dated September 23^rd, 2019 of the Politburo on controlling power in cadre work; and Instruction No.26 dated October 18^th, 2019 of the PCC’s Commission for Organization on some contents of Directive 35-CT/TW of the Politburo on Party Congresses at all levels, towards the 13^th National Party Congress.

Delegates also thoroughly grasped key contents of Directive No.36 dated August 16^th, 2019 of the Politburo on enhancing and improving the efficiency of preventing, fighting against and controlling drug; Conclusion No.54 dated August 7^th, 2019 of the Politburo on continuing to implement Resolution of the 7^th Plenum of the 10^th PCC on agriculture, farmers and rural areas; Conclusion No.56 dated August 23^rd, 2019 of the Politburo on the implementation of Resolution of the 7^th Plenum of the 11^th PCC on proactively responding to climate change, strengthening natural resource management and environmental protection; and Conclusion No.57 dated September 16^th, 2019 of the Politburo on combining national defence and security with economy./.
