Young doctors follow Uncle Ho’s teachings in Po Y border commune

On August 29-30, the Union of Kon Tum Agencies and Businesses Bloc coordinated with the Youth Union of Kon Tum Border Guard to organize the festival of young doctors who follow Uncle Ho’s teachings at Dak Me village, Po Y commune, Ngoc Hoi district.

At the festival, union members and youth who are doctors of the two units organized medical examinations, health consultations and provided free medicine for nearly 300 local people and popularized measures to prevent and control COVID-19, diphtheria and dengue fever.
In addition, they visited and presented gifts to 20 families with meritorious services, families in difficult circumstances, and visited and donated essential goods to groups and checkpoints of the Bo Y International Border Gate post.
On the sidelines, union members and youths visited the 788 landmark and did clearance around the landmark.
The meaningful activity aims to promote the aggressive and volunteer spirit of the youth of the two units in organizing and joining activities for the life of the community, for national sovereignty and border security./.
