Additional 226 foreign investors granted securities trading codes in April

In April, Vietnam saw 226 more foreign investors being granted securities trading codes, said the Vietnam Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation (VSDC).

This month, VSDC granted stock trading codes to 226 foreign investors and economic organizations with foreign investment capital owning over 50% of charter capital.
In addition, VSDC has approved information changes for 77 foreign investors (9 organizations and 68 individuals), and canceled securities trading codes for 4 foreign investors (3 organizations and 1 individual).
The current number of stock trading codes is 47,363 (5,892 organizations and 41,471 individuals)./.
