Situated in the A+ grade Hallmark Building in Thu Duc City, the 8,500 sqm office will house hundreds of software developers, data scientists, digital designers, software engineers and data analysts. With technology that enables a flexible, agile and connected workplace, the new office also builds on NAB Innovation Centre Vietnam’s recognition as a ‘Great Place to Work’.
The new office is a pivotal part of NAB’s operations, signifying its long-term commitment in Vietnam and supporting local talent to pursue career opportunities in technology.
NAB Innovation Centre Vietnam will provide a world-class workplace environment with innovative office design, work flexibility, and learning and development initiatives.
NAB Innovation Centre Vietnam’s General Director Howard Silby said the new office would help to drive a great work environment and support a growing Vietnam team.
“This investment reflects our commitment to Vietnam and will help to make NAB an even greater place to work,” Mr Silby said.
“Our expansion will help NAB continue to attract the talented innovators needed to broaden our global workforce and bring more tech talent in-house.”

Australia’s Ambassador to Vietnam HE Andrew Goledzinowski said: “Australia and Vietnam have complementary interests in technology and digital transformation. The new office design was inspired by Vietnamese cultural elements called “The taste of Vietnam”, with different regional characteristics, from the Bronze Drum patterns symbolizing the North to the architectural silhouettes of Saigon representing the South. It has been designed with abundant green space and provides modern accessibility for all colleagues.
NAB Innovation Centre Vietnam is also committed to gender diversity and inclusion, with women holding 70% of senior leadership roles and 20% of NAB Vietnam’s overall talent being female, more than double the industry average./.
