Numerous attractive activities for Da Nang beach tourism season

The opening of the 2024 Da Nang beach tourism season will take place from April 26 to May 1 in East Sea Park, Son Tra Peninsula and My An, My Khe, T18, and Nguyen Tat Thanh beaches, said the management board of the Son Tra Peninsula and Da Nang tourist beaches on April 16.
The opening program of the tourism season becomes a cultural, sports and tourism event with many rich and attractive activities attracting a large number of local people and tourists.
Mr. Nguyen Duc Vu, Head of the Management Board of Son Tra Peninsula and Da Nang tourist beaches, said that the opening of the 2024 Da Nang beach tourism season, themed “Summer Waves”, is organized with many attractive activities with the desire to bring people and tourists memorable experiences at Son Tra Peninsula - the green lung of the city and the vibrant sea space of Da Nang with blue sea, white sand and golden sunshine.

Accordingly, the opening program will include 18 activities with a series of main activities at East Sea Park and beaches (14 activities) and a series of activities at the Son Tra Peninsula (4 activities).
Specifically, the series of main activities at East Sea Park and beaches include the opening ceremony at 5:00 p.m. on April 27; artistic kite flying; culinary space; exhibition of sand art statues; marine sports demonstration; children’s fashion show; Da Nang International Sea Rescue Competition 2024; ocean swimming tournament; Sup racing; beach soccer tournament; series of activities at My An night beach and Yoga and Zumba performances on the beach.
The series of activities at Son Tra Peninsula includes: Son Tra paragliding experience and motorized paragliding experience; photo exhibition with the theme “Son Tra Moments”; drawing and painting exhibition with the theme “Our Little Son Tra”, and workshop on painting conical hats and canvas bags.
In addition, this year's program also includes activities to protect natural resources and the forest and marine environment to raise awareness and responsibility of the local community and tourists when visiting and traveling Son Tra Peninsula and Da Nang beaches./.
