The Intelligent Community Forum (ICF) on July 1 honoured the Binh Duong smart region as the top 7 intelligent community of this year.

This is the first time the Binh Duong smart region is listed in the top 7, after 3 successive times listed in the top 21 (SMART 21).
This honor affirms the recognition of the international community of the right strategies and solid development steps of Binh Duong during 25 years of steadfast development.
To evaluate a city in the top 7, ICF has researched and evaluated hundreds of cities around the world, from which to choose the top 21 (SMART 21). The top 21 will continue to be compared and evaluated thoroughly, directly and indirectly, thereby selecting the top 7 cities with the smartest development strategies.
ICF is a global forum, with the participation of more than 180 members, including nearly 200 prosperous smart cities around the world.
Being listed in the top 7 smartest communities will help Binh Duong open up opportunities for cooperation and exchange of experiences with ICF's network of more than 180 prosperous smart cities around the world; increase confidence for investors and businesses, making a breakthrough in attracting foreign investment in the new period, thereby creating a foundation for the development of trade - services and high-tech production in the future, creating a force to help Binh Duong successfully implement the goal of both preventing the pandemic and boosting socio-economic development./.
