th to review the implementation of Directive 08/CT-UBND on increasing leadership over encouraging humanitarian blood donation in the 2013-2015 period.
According to the provincial steering committee on humanitarian blood donation, after 3 years of implementation, the humanitarian blood donation movements have developed strongly in the province.
So far it has maintained the operation of 23 preparatory blood donation teams and living banks across 14 localities, with the participation of over 2,000 people.

To reach the target for the new period, Vu Thi Thu Thuy, Vice Chairwoman of the provincial People’s Committee and Head of the provincial Steering Committee on humanitarian blood donation, suggested that steering committees at all levels should increase the dissemination of information about blood donation, expand groups of blood donors, honour collectives and individuals who make great contributions to the program, and mobilise capital for blood donation activities./.
