During a working visit to the central province of Binh Dinh on July 31st, Pham Minh Chinh, Politburo member, Secretary of the Party Central Committee (PCC) and Head of the PCC Commission for Organization urged the province to continue to effectively realise the 12th National Party Congress resolution.

Meeting with the province’s leaders, he appreciated the province’s serious implementation of the decrees, directives and charter of the Party, as well as personnel work.
“The province has focused on boosting socio-economic development, and given accurate leadership over economic development, especially in the tourism sector,” he said.
He noted that the province should pay greater attention to give effective leadership over the implementation of the province’s 19th Party Congress and the 12th National Party Congress resolutions, while bettering socio-economic development planning, giving good assessment for attracting investment projects, and increasing administrative reform.
In terms of the building of the Party and the political system, he urged the province to maintain the comprehensive leadership of the Party, do well the management, fostering and training of cadres, and study and use the apparatus effectively.
In the first half of 2016, Binh Dinh province saw continued economic growth, with the Gross Regional Domestic Product (GRDP) increasing by 7.48%, and budget collection of over VND2.6 trillion.
Defence and security work, and the building of the Party and the political system were reinforced, while the lives of a majority of people were continuously improved./.
