140 volunteers recruited to serve Hanoi Lotus Festival

The Youth Union of Hanoi’s Tay Ho district is recruiting 140 volunteers to serve the first Hanoi Lotus Festival 2024, including 40 volunteers in charge of managing bicycle parades and 100 other volunteers, both men and women, participating in cycling the green journey "Tay Ho lotus color".

During the Hanoi Lotus Festival, various activities will be held such as a workshop on the preservation and development of Vietnamese lotus flowers; inauguration ceremony of OCOP Product Introduction and Sales Center in Tay Ho District - Trinh Street; opening an exhibition of lotus installation art space, photo exhibition of lotus in Vietnamese life; survey - conference program "Upgrading service quality and connecting tourist destinations of Tay Ho district with travel businesses in Hanoi in 2024"; music night "Trinh Cong Son and friends"; Green Journey Cycling Festival "Tay Ho Lotus Color" with the participation of 7,000 people cycling around West Lake.
The volunteers can wear Vietnamese youth shirts or traditional long dresses (Ao Dai) for women when cycling./.
