Additional 5 billion VND to support poor children in Quang Nam province

Quang Nam province has just issued Decision No. 2689/QD-UBND on December 15, 2023 approving non-refundable aid of 5 billion VND donated by Children's Hope In Action (CHIA) for disadvantaged children in the province.

The aid aims to support children in difficult circumstances to have more opportunities to go to school, provide assistive devices such as wheelchairs, walkers and support physical therapy for children with disabilities; support medical examination and treatment at medical facilities; building new houses or repairing houses, sanitation facilities, and clean water for families of children in difficult circumstances.
The program is implemented in districts, towns and cities of Nui Thanh, Tien Phuoc, Phu Ninh, Bac Tra My, Thang Binh, Hiep Duc, Que Son, Nong Son, Duy Xuyen, Dai Loc, Phuoc Son, Dong Giang, Dien Ban, Hoi An and Tam Ky from December 2023 to November 2026.
