Federal Republic of Germany - An ideal destination to study and work

Speaking at the ceremony, Dr. Stefan Rudolph - Former Secretary of State, CEO of Vorpommern Business Association said that in recent years the German economy has been facing a shortage of human resources in all sectors, especially engineering, construction, electronics, technological engineering, automobile technology, nursing and tourism. Among them, Vietnamese employees are highly appreciated for their hard work, creativity and spirit of learning. Recently, we have been looking for reputable export labor suppliers such as An Duong Group to cooperate and support policies and directions to overcome difficulties, contributing to attracting more sources of Vietnamese students and workers to study and work in the Federal Republic of Germany.

Mr. Quang, Chairman of An Duong Group, said that Germany is a country with top-rated culture and education in Europe. Currently, Germany is a suitable and attractive destination for Vietnamese students and workers. However, in fact, there is a barrier for Vietnamese workers, which is learning German language to meet the requirements of the receiving side.

“German is a difficult language, if there is a suitable teaching method and a good team of lecturers, it is completely feasible to impart knowledge to learners to achieve a certificate level within a certain period of time, and we trust and expect in the Goethe Institute - a prestigious unit in the field of training language and popularizing German culture", Mr. Quang shared.

The German language certificate of the Goethe Institute is the most popular certificate, known and pursued by trainees in Vietnam. We are very supportive and will provide the most active professional support to An Duong Group in teaching and granting German language certificates so that trainees can achieve their aspirations of studying and working in Germany.

Mr. Quang said that An Duong Group will have support policies to ensure output for trainees from choosing textbooks compiled to meet standards to attractive communication methods to help trainees have the ability to reflect, listen, speak, read, and write languages in a short time at a reasonable cost. In particular, An Duong Group also offers a 12-session practice course for all trainees who have not passed the exam, or any trainees from other training facilities who want to get a certificate to study or work in Germany.

In addition, An Duong Group is starting to build a 100% German environment, helping trainees come into contact with this language like a native environment. The group focuses on investing in facilities, from soundproof rooms to equipment to learn listening so that trainees can complete the test at their best.
