Bac Ninh receives over 6,000 complaints through applications

Through the application to reflect petitions on mobile devices, to date, Bac Ninh has received more than 6,000 complaints in 33 fields from people, businesses and organizations. The average processing rate reached 96%.

According to statistics from the Bac Ninh Department of Information and Communications, by December 3, 2023, the system had received more than 6,000 complaints in 33 fields. Notably, 5,421 have been processed, accounting for 96%. Recommendations and reflections focus mainly on the fields of urban order management, traffic safety, construction and environmental sanitation.

Mr. Nguyen Trung Hien, Director of the Bac Ninh Department of Information and Communications, assessed that the implementation of the application reflecting the recommendations of Bac Ninh is an initiative of great significance, contributing to bringing the government closer to more people.

With just a smartphone installed with a petition feedback application, after a few simple steps, people and businesses can send feedback with photos to the government in 33 different fields.

In addition, the application has helped local authorities promptly listen and process people's feedback, promptly handle problems as soon as they arise, Mr. Nguyen Trung Hien affirmed.

Aiming to improve the quality of handling feedback and suggestions, in the future, the Department recommends that people who submit suggestions must comply with the Regulations on receiving and processing feedback and recommendations on the application.

Bac Ninh’s petition reflection application on mobile devices is a provincial-level shared information system serving activities related to receiving and processing feedback from people and businesses. Currently, the system has been deployed and issued accounts to more than 200 agencies, units, and businesses with more than 1,500 accounts and 33 areas of feedback./.
