ChildFund Vietnam donates 6,930 desk lamps to students in three provinces

This is an annual gift distribution from ChildFund's children sponsorship program, aiming at providing better learning conditions for children in highland areas.

ChildFund Vietnam hopes that these desk lamps will not only bring light for children to study, but also be a great source of encouragement, helping them be more confident on the path to gaining knowledge.

Additionally, in May 2024, at four schools under the project "Improving the quality of life and studying of boarding students" in Ngan Son district, Bac Kan province, training sessions on Social Emotional Learning (SEL) were deployed to about 200 teachers and staff of the schools.

The program has received a lot of positive feedback. According to teachers, students can improve in recognizing and managing emotions, building healthy relationships and making responsible decisions. SEL lessons and activities are also loved for their usefulness in learning and life./.
