Contest on learning about President Ho Chi Minh’s life and career

The Party Committee of Thanh Nhut commune in Go Cong Tay district, in the Mekong Delta province of Tien Giang, has organized a contest to learn about the life and career of President Ho Chi Minh on the occasion of his 134th birth anniversary (19 May, 1890 - 2024).
The contest was attended by five teams representing all five hamlet party cells of the Thanh Nhut Commune Party Committee. Each team consisted of 6 members, competing in the form of songs, rhymes, skits; multiple-choice knowledge test with questions revolving around the life, career, and path of revolutionary struggle of President Ho Chi Minh; and art performances.

After three exciting competitions, the organizers awarded the first prize to the Tan Thanh Hamlet Party Cell, the second prize to the Binh Tay Hamlet Party Cell, the third prize to the Binh Dong Hamlet Party Cell, and two consolation prizes.
Permanent Deputy Secretary of the Thanh Nhut Party Committee Vo Hoang Lam said that the contest aims to review and continue to affirm the profound theoretical and practical value of President Ho Chi Minh’s Testament and great thoughts; expressing the respect and deep gratitude of today’s generation to President Ho Chi Minh’s great contributions to the people and the country.
The contest helps cadres, party members, civil servants, public employees, union members, members and people gain deeper awareness of his life and glorious revolutionary career./.
