The Temple of President Ho Chi Minh and Quang Binh Provincial Fallen Heroes is a significant cultural project with profound humanitarian values. The project, covering over 3,000 square meters, is part of the Ho Chi Minh Square. The temple features the traditional architecture of ancient Vietnamese village communal houses, with a bell tower and a stele inscribed with President Ho Chi Minh's message to the military and people of Quang Binh during his visit on June 16, 1957.

In a solemn atmosphere, the delegation observed a moment of silence to honor the great contributions of President Ho Chi Minh, the illustrious leader of the Vietnamese revolution, and the fallen heroes who sacrificed their lives for the cause of national liberation and reunification. Their sacrifices and contributions have created indomitable heroic victories, a source of national pride, and have helped teach the revolutionary struggle tradition to today's and future generations./.
