In a solemn atmosphere, President To Lam emotionally expressed his respect to the heroic spirit of President Ho Chi Minh, commemorating his great contributions to the cause of fighting for national liberation and construction.

Expressing his emotion visiting the Pac Bo special national historical relic, the place associated with Uncle Ho's first sacred activities after the 30 years he traveled in search of a way to save the country, returned to the Fatherland to continue to lead the Vietnamese revolution, President To Lam wrote in the Golden Book that as part of Ho Chi Minh's heritage, the special national historical relic has increasing significance in revolutionary tradition for future generations about the shining moral example of the great President Ho Chi Minh. “Our Party, State, and people will forever follow the path chosen by Uncle Ho,” he wrote.

The President requested the Party, government and people in Cao Bang province to continue to do a better job of preserving, embellishing and promoting the value of the Pac Bo special national historical relic site, expressing the responsibility, affection, and deep gratitude of future generations for his great contributions.

On January 28, 1941, after 30 years of traveling abroad to find a way to save the country and people, President Ho Chi Minh returned to the country, crossing the Vietnam - China border at marker No. 108 in Pac Bo, Truong Ha commune, Ha Quang district to direct the Vietnamese revolutionary movement. This place is associated with a particularly important historical period of the Vietnamese revolution and the life of President Ho Chi Minh's revolutionary activities from 1941 to 1945.

On the same day, the President visited and gave gifts to the family of Mr. Hoang Thi Khin, a veteran revolutionary in Pac Bo hamlet, who was assigned the task of bringing daily meals to Uncle Ho and Mr. Duong Dai Hoa’s family, who was assigned the task of welcoming delegates to the 8th Party Central Committee meeting, which took place from May 10-19, 1941 at Khuoi Nam shack./.
