Ambassador Do Minh Hung presents letter of credence to Israeli President

At the meeting after the ceremony of presenting the letter of credence, President Reuven Rivlin reviewed the good results and his deep impressions during his official visit to Vietnam in March 2017.

He expressed his pleasure before real development and effectiveness in Vietnam - Israel relations and believed that cooperation between the two countries, especially in the fields of economy, education and science-technology, will be more expanded.  

The Israeli President also sent best wishes to Party General Secretary, President Nguyen Phu Trong and said that he would soon send an invitation to the Vietnamese President to pay an official visit to Israel to promote friendly relations and good cooperation between the two countries.

Ambassador Hung also conveyed the best wishes of Mr Nguyen Phu Trong to President Reuven Rivlin and the people of Israel.

He shared Vietnam’s achievements about socio-economic development, foreign affairs, and comprehensive international integration over the past time. He affirmed the government and people of Vietnam want to boost cooperation with Israel in many fields.

Besides, the Ambassador also mentioned orientations and targets in his tenure to contribute to promoting cooperation between the two countries, especially in the fields of economy, trade, science, technology, creation innovation and people exchange./.
