At the fair, Vietnam had two stalls introducing many kinds of silk, handicraft products and traditional dishes. Over the past years, the Vietnamese Embassy and the Vietnamese community in the Czech Republic have actively participated in international Christmas fairs, contributing significantly to the success of this "charitable diplomacy" activity.

International Christmas Fair 2018 continues to attract the participation of thousands of Czech people, representatives of embassies, and foreigners living and working in the country.

At the fair, diplomats in their traditional costumes introduced specific products of each country. The delegates and visitors had the opportunity to experience products as well as cultural features of more than 40 countries in the world.

Ms. Joosje Brouwer, spouse of the Dutch Ambassador to the Czech Republic and the rotating President of the fair this year, said that this was the most important event of the year for the DSA, and all the members made efforts from the summer to the end of November to prepare for this event.

The proceeds from the event will be donated to charity organizations of the Czech Republic. The DSA members are also proud to participate, introduce their unique traditions, and learn and share experiences with each other, while helping those in need.

Over the past 20 years, DSA in the Czech Republic has focused connecting different cultures and mobilizing more than CZK66 million for charity projects in the country./.
