Vietnam’s traditional products introduced in India

The international charity bazaar on February 26th was officially opened at the Ashok hotel in New Delhi, with the participation of many representatives of embassies in New Delhi and thousands of visitors.

At the bazaar, Vietnam's booth introduced many handicraft products such as boxes decorated with mosaic, conical hats, coffee, bamboo and rattan furniture, lacquer paintings, embroideries, handmade toys, hats, clothing, which attracted a lot of tourists to visit and purchase.

In addition, many visitors were interested in two special dishes of noodle soup (Pho) and fried meat roll, prepared by female staff and spouses of officials from the Vietnamese Embassy.

The bazaar is an annual activity of the diplomatic corps in India, organized by the Delhi Commonwealth Women's Association

Every year, the Vietnamese Embassy also attends the bazaar.

In addition to charitable fundraising purposes, the bazaar is an opportunity to promote and introduce the images of countries, people, products, handicrafts and cuisine culture of nations. This is also a chance for countries to express an interest in humanitarian projects implemented by the UN worldwide./.
