Living in Sydney, New South Wales, he is a founding member and the President of the Viet Biz Support Club in Australia, as well as a member of the Vietnamese Entrepreneurs Association in Sydney.

Andy Hoang has been chosen to own the station because he has a common ambition with the previous owner of turning the historical relic into a luxury hotel although he was not person who gave the highest price at the auction.

In addition, he also desires to turn the building into a “Vietnam House”, a place to gather Vietnamese entrepreneurs and businesses operating in Australia, and connect Vietnamese businesses to seek business opportunities in Australia.

Built in 1886, Stanmore Fire Station is located in an area of 892 square meters with unique architectural structure.

After its closure in 1991, the building was bought by an Australian entrepreneur and renovated into a villa, however, it still maintains its ancient architecture./.
