The donation will be transferred to VNA in Hanoi for the construction of a library in Che Tao commune, Mu Cang Chai district, the most remote commune from the centre of Yen Bai province, and the construction of a bridge in Khe Ngoa village, Mo Vang commune, Van Yen district, Yen Bai province, where more than 100 households daily cross Thia stream by way of a swinging rope.

The Ambassador said that with the sacrifice of reporter Du, his heart for the poor and the children in the mountainous region made the ambassador very emotional. The Vietnamese staff would contribute to turn the unfinished dream of Mr. Du into reality./.
