The residence associated with the childhood of President Ho Chi Minh is the most impressive destination for tourists in the Kim Lien relic.

The Kim Lien relic is located in Nam Dan district, Nghe An province, with sites and clusters standing 2-10 km apart. This place preserves the artifacts, documents, and space associated with the childhood of President Ho Chi Minh and his family. The site was restored and rebuilt in the 1960s. In 1979, it was ranked as a national monument and one of the four most important relics of the country related to President Ho Chi Minh.

Hoang Tru relic complex, located in the precinct of about 3,500 m2, includes: church of Hoang Xuan family, house of President Ho Chi Minh’s maternal grandfather Hoang Duong, and house of his parents Nguyen Sinh Sac and Hoang Thi Loan.

The cottage was built by the Sen villagers from the public fund to celebrate Nguyen Sinh Sac when he passed the examination panel as a second roster in 1901.

Visitors can also feel a peaceful village when visiting neighboring houses close to the family of President Ho Chi Minh at that time, such as the house of Vuong Thuc Quy and the house of calligraphiers./.
