US President Donald Trump calls RoK’s President Moon

US President Donald Trump and the Republic of Korea (RoK)’s President Moon Jae-in on June 13th had a phone call after the historic US - Democratic People’s Republic of Korea (DPRK) summit.

According to the President’s Office, Mr. Moon Jae-in said his country could help the DPRK and the US efforts to find the remains of US military personnel missing in action and presumed dead from the 1950-1953 Korean War.
President Moon told President Trump the Summit was a success that laid down a “big framework” for peace in the Korean peninsula and the world.
President Moon Jae-in’s office says Mr. Trump told Mr. Moon he was impressed by Kim’s determination, reflected by a decision to destroy a missile test site./.
