Exhibition on Hanoi to welcome New Year

Accordingly, 160 sketches on Hanoi by Urban Sketchers Hanoi (USK Hanoi) will be displayed.

At the same time, USK Hanoi will make public special products, contributing to popularizing Hanoi urban culture such as art books, silk crafts and T-shirts printed with outstanding works by USK Hanoi members.

USK Hanoi is a group of lovers for Hanoi, that love the beauty and want to preserve urban cultural values with sketches. Its activity is not only studying culture, history and architecture of urban works, but also professional work of architectures, designers and painters.

The group painted and recorded ancient works which are being broken down because of urbanization in Vietnam; painted and recorded cultural decorations which have no opportunity to produce and to be known. Members also contribute to connecting community and improving people’s awareness of urban values, especially Hanoi, with long-standing and specific culture.

The exhibition will run until January 5th, 2018./.
