As many as 113 exhibitors from 19 countries worldwide are showcasing products at the International Food & Hotel Hanoi 2023, which opened in Hanoi on November 21.

The event aims to provide participating businesses with the latest information and trends in the Vietnamese F&B, restaurant, and hotel industry, and to promote young talents in the culinary industry. It offers a venue for domestic and international businesses to seek further cooperation opportunities and introduce their products.
It was held by Informa Markets Vietnam and Cong Thuong (Industry and Trade) newspaper, the expo has brought about major brands such as United Vision, Provacuno, Potatoes USA, Vion Food, Wiesenhof International GMBH, SCHWEDE MeatProducts, German Meat GMBH, DMK Dairy Vietnam, Andros Asia, Dcorp, Orana Vietnam, Doshee, Asia Cube, Dalatmilk, Taiwan StarIndustrial, ACE Foods, Vinabee, Vietsolutions and many other brands.
On this occasion, a summit on the green and digital economy in the restaurant and culinary industry will be held.
There will also be the Hanoi Talented Chef Contest, Hanoi Salon Culinaire and Vietnam Barista Competition, and Vietnam Aromaster Championship (VAC)./.
