First international performing art festival in Binh Thuan province

Four art troupes from Mongolia, the Philippines, France, and Cuba, along with three art troupes representing all three regions of Vietnam, will put on impressive performances at the opening ceremony of the first international performing art festival.

The First international performing art festival will take place in Phan Thiet city, Binh Thuan province, from Dec. 8 to 10, with the participation of art troupes from 26 countries and territories across the world.
It will be part of the Visit Vietnam Year 2023 themed “Binh Thuan-Green Convergence” with the aim of attracting more and more tourists to the locality
Hundreds of artists donning eye-catching costumes will participate in a street parade on December 9 and 10, which is expected to leave a deep impression on both locals and visitors, reported VOV.
The highlight of the festival will be a music gala on December 9 evening which will draw the participation of art troupes from 26 countries and territories worldwide.
A wide range of activities will be organised within the framework of the festival, including a workshop on building Phan Thiet into an international centre for training and performing arts, tours for foreign visitors to explore Binh Thuan province, and a gala dinner which seeks to encourage the exchange among domestic and international artists./.
