Hanoi organizes fireworks displays at 32 locations on Lunar New Year’s Eve 2024

Hanoi will organize fireworks displays at 32 different locations on February 10, 2024 (Lunar New Year’s Eve), including 9 locations for high-range fireworks combined with low-range shows.
The Hanoi People's Committee has just issued Plan 13/KH-UBND on organizing fireworks displays for the Lunar New Year 2024 in the capital.

Accordingly, high-altitude fireworks will be displayed at nine venues: Hoan Kiem Lake in Hoan Kiem district, southeast Ngoc Khanh Lake in Ba Dinh district, Hoang Cau Lake in Dong Da district, Thong Nhat Park in Hai Ba Trung district, Lac Long Quan Garden in Tay Ho district, Van Quan Lake in Ha Dong district, the My Dinh National Sports Complex in Nam Tu Liem district, Vinhomes Riverside Ecological Urban Area in Long Bien district, and Son Tay ancient citadel in Son Tay town.
The firework shows will last 15 minutes, from 00h00 to 00h15 of February 10 of the Lunar calendar.
The Hanoi People's Committee requires the use of socialization funds mobilized from units, organizations and businesses for the firework shows.
The city has assigned relevant departments and agencies to make preparations for these events in order to ensure the utmost safety and security./.
