The festival is expected to become a joyful and enriching playground for exchanges among children from the Southeast Asian countries, thereby introducing the historical traditions and cultural values of each country to the children of Vietnam, Laos, and Cambodia.

This meaningful event is organized to celebrate the 62nd anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic ties between Vietnam and Laos (September 5, 1962 - 2024) and the 57th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between Vietnam and Cambodia (June 24, 1967 - 2024).

The festival features the participation of over 200 children from Cambodia, Laos, and various provinces and cities across Vietnam. At the opening ceremony, delegates paid tribute to President Ho Chi Minh by offering flowers and incense and explored the "Uncle Ho and Children" space at the Ho Chi Minh City Children's House.

Nearly 300 students from Vietnam, Laos, and Cambodia along with officials responsible for children from the three countries had a cultural exchange activity at the Ho Chi Minh City Book Street on August 13.

On this occasion, students also have an opportunity to participate in creative activities, workshops and traditional games, as well as a tour of the Ho Chi Minh Museum— Ho Chi Minh City Branch, Ho Chi Minh City Book Street, and the Ho Chi Minh City Post Office.

The delegates from the three countries visited and learned about the Space of President Ho Chi Minh with Children; participated in creative activities, workshops, and traditional games; and toured the Ho Chi Minh Museum — Ho Chi Minh City Branch, Ho Chi Minh City Book Street, and Ho Chi Minh City Post Office./.
