Photo and document exhibition on ethnic religious affairs

The Ministry of Information and Communications has coordinated with the northern Bac Giang provincial People’s Committee to organize a photo and exhibition on ethnic and religious affairs.

The exhibition aims to help maintain and bring into play the values of historical and cultural traditions of Vietnam, strengthen the solidarity among ethnic groups and religions in socio-economic development and national safeguarding, and step up the dissemination of information about ethnic groups, their history and culture, along with the Party’s viewpoints and the State’s policies and laws on ethnic and religious affairs.

More than 200 documentary photos, objects, videos, books, and newspapers about ethnic and religious affairs are on display at the event at Bac Giang provincial Museum.

Visitors will have an opportunity to understand more about the solidarity, creativity, integration, and sustainable development in ethnic minority communities; the religions and beliefs in Vietnam; the fight against the abuse of ethnic and religious issues; and the ethnic groups and religions in Bac Giang.

It will run until December 9. After that, all the exhibits will be handed over to Bac Giang to serve communications work in the province./.
