Documents and photos on the beauty of Hanoi’s past on display

(CPV) - The Thang Long - Hanoi Heritage Conservation Centre has coordinated with the National Archives CentreI I to organize an exhibition featuring the beauty of Hanoi’s past as an activity to celebrate the 69th anniversary of Hanoi’s Liberation Day (October 10, 1954-2023).

About 180 documents and photos featuring the beauty of Hanoi’s past are on display at an exhibition.
Speaking at the opening Ceremony, Associate Professor Tran Duc Cuong, Chairman of Vietnam Association of Historical Sciences spoke highly of the efforts made by the organisers, in bringing to the public precious documents about Hanoi’s past.
The exhibition showed the profound change of Hanoi, at the same time provided the public an opportunity to rediscover the ancient beauty of many century-old historical architectural works, in the Capital city.
It gave visitors an understanding of Hanoi's history, architectural imprints as well as the cultural interference of the city./
