(CPV) - The second international exhibition on food, drink, restaurant, bakery and food service equipment, supplies & services (International Food & Hotel Hanoi 2023) will take place on November 21-23 at the International Centre of Exhibition (ICE), according to the event’s organisers.

This information is provided by Informa Markets Vietnam Company at a press conference held on October 24, in Hanoi.
Food & Hotel Hanoi 2023 will welcome 113 exhibitors from more than 13 countries and territories, such as: the US, Switzerland, Germany, Spain, Canada, Japan, the Republic of Korea, China, Singapore and Thailand, and many Vietnamese brands.
The exhibition, covering 6,800 m2, is expected to attract more than 6,500 specialized visitors.
A range of activities will be held within the exhibition, including the Hanoi Salon Culinaire, the Vietnam Barista Competition, and the Vietnam Aromaster Championship.
Speaking at a press briefing on October 24, BT Tee, General Director of Informa Markets Vietnam, said that the exhibition is expected to promote business opportunities, connecting foreign manufacturers and exporters with importers, distributors and retailers in Vietnam./.
