Hanoi and Fukuoka students hold cultural and education exchange activities

(CPV) - A delegation of staff, teachers and students from Fukuoka Prefecture on August 9 visited and exchanged with teachers and students of Viet Duc High School within the framework of the 5th cultural and educational exchange program between students in Hanoi and Fukuoka Prefecture (Japan).

The exchange program between students in Hanoi and Fukuoka Prefecture will further strengthen the understanding and friendship between the people of Vietnam and Japan in general, and the close relationship between students from schools in Hanoi and Fukuoka.

Through the exchange program, the two sides will learn from each other's experiences; in which, Hanoi students learn the perseverance and will of Japanese students; while students from Fukuoka will approach the spirit of hospitality, demand, and eagerness to learn of Vietnamese students.

The delegation of teachers and students from Fukuoka went to Viet Duc High School to learn about the tradition of the school; exchange with teachers and students of the school through sports and cultural activities.

Five schools participated in receiving 41 Japanese students to Hanoi, including: Chu Van An High School, Viet Duc High School, Tran Phu High School, Phan Dinh Phung High School and Doan Thi Diem High School. The parents of 41 students of these schools also welcomed Japanese students to their homes so that they could experience life and culture during their stay in Hanoi.

According to the plan of the exchange program between the two sides, around October 2023, the Hanoi Department of Education and Training will send its students to schools in Japan./.
