The total investment capital of the project is 1.980 trillion VND, of which the construction cost is 168 billion VND, the cost of compensation for site clearance is 1.596 trillion VND and other expenses.
According to the HCM City People’s Committee, the city has been prioritizing the use of budget capital to ensure funding for COVID-19 prevention and control, so the allocation of funds for public investment projects is very difficult.
