Ho Chi Minh City organizes photo contest on building Ho Chi Minh Cultural Space

The contest aims to make a practical contribution to disseminating the basic contents and great values of "studying and following Ho Chi Minh's thought, morality and style", making the beauty of Ho Chi Minh's culture and morality more deeply ingrained in the lives of the city’s people, becoming the spiritual driving force, and the unique source of strength of people in the city named after Uncle Ho. In addition, the contest also aims to introduce good models and new ways of doing things in building Ho Chi Minh Cultural Space in Thu Duc City and districts.

The contest is open to professional and non-professional photographers living and working in Ho Chi Minh City. Contest photos must be taken in Ho Chi Minh City. Works that have won awards or city exhibitions are not eligible to enter this competition.

The works participating in the competition show the construction, formation and development of Ho Chi Minh Cultural Space in Ho Chi Minh City, including both tangible and intangible culture associated with the construction and development of the city. The Organizing Committee encourages works that discover good models and innovative ways of doing things in the process of participating in the construction of Ho Chi Minh Cultural Space in Ho Chi Minh City.

Each work including 3-5 photos may be sent to email at thianhnghethuat.tttl@gmail.com from April 14 to May 10. The award is expected to be announced on May 19on the website of Ho Chi Minh City Exhibition Information Center. Information about the exhibition can be found at the website: http://hiec.org.vn.

The Organizing Committee will award one A prize, two B prizes, three C prizes and 10 consolation prizes./.
