Hoang Sa, Truong Sa club makes debut in Poland

At the event, Ms. Cao Hong Vinh, Chairwoman of the club, introduced and reported activities of the club over the past time since it was established on July 26th, 2019. While Mr. Nguyen Le Hung, Deputy Chairman of the club, introduced the credo, purpose and operational orientation, as well as the responsibilities and duties of its members.

On this occasion, the founders and the executive board of the club for the 2019 - 2024 term also debuted the overseas Vietnamese community in Poland. 

Over the past time, the club has organized many exchanges with members in Poland, who visited Truong Sa island.

On the occasion of the 11th Overseas Vietnamese Business Forum across Europe this September in Poland, an exchange between Vietnamese people in Europe and Israel having visited Truong Sa Island was held. At the exchange, the delegates agreed to establish the Hoang Sa, Truong Sa club across Europe.

The club has many positive and effective activities to connect overseas Vietnamese toward the sea and islands of the homeland, exchange with the club for the homeland’s sea and islands in Vietnam and other significant activities.

“The words of Truong Sa for us, who have visited Truong Sa island and DK1 frame-house, are very sacred in Europe. We, Truong Sa soldiers in Poland, established the Hoang Sa, Truong Sa club to join hands to support soldiers on Truong Sa Island,” said Ms. Cao Hong Vinh.     

“The club is a bridge to help convey sentiment of the overseas Vietnamese in Poland for the homeland’s sea and islands,” said Tran Anh Tuan, Chairman of the Overseas Vietnamese Association in Poland.

On this occasion, an exhibition displaying photos and objects about Truong Sa island left a deep impression for the delegates and Polish guests.

On this occasion, the club collected EUR1,500 to support soldiers on DK1 frame-house as the lunar new year of the mouse 2020 is coming very soon./.
