Consulate General of Vietnam in Pakse congratulates Laos on 47th National Day

At the meetings, Consul General Nguyen Van Trung expressed his honor and joy when congratulating Laos PDR on its 47th National Day, and reviewed the good traditional relationship and the faithful attachment between the peoples of the two countries.

Consul General Nguyen Van Trung highly appreciated and congratulated the results that Laos had won over the past time under the leadership of the Lao People's Revolutionary Party; reviewed the outstanding results that the Consulate General and the authorities of the Lao southern provinces implemented in the Vietnam-Laos Solidarity and Friendship Year, contributing to consolidating and further developing the existing good relationship between the two countries.

Consul General Nguyen Van Trung also conveyed a message to the leaders of the four provinces in southern Laos on the occasion of the 47th National Day of the Lao People's Democratic Republic. Accordingly, the Party, State, Government and people of Vietnam always have special affection and the highest priority to cultivate and strengthen the great friendship, special solidarity, and comprehensive cooperation between Vietnam and Laos.

The leaders of the four provinces of southern Laos expressed their deep gratitude to the Party, State and people of Vietnam for always providing assistance to the State and people of Laos, both during the struggle for national salvation as well as in the period of protection and development of the country today; and affirmed that they will continue to closely coordinate with the Consulate General of Vietnam in the coming time to further strengthen the special friendship between the two countries.

Within the framework of activities in the southern provinces of Laos, Consul General Nguyen Van Trung visited some typical Vietnamese enterprises in the region such as TTC Attapeu Sugar Company and Vina Salavanh Tapioca Starch Processing Company./.
